If the Hero is in the city at the start of a week, growth of all units in that city increase by 50%.

Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 friendly unit's attack and defense are increased by 25% of the Hero's attack and defense.

Tier 4 units growth in your cities increase by 1.
